POROSAURUS®
The POROSAURUS® saw for porous (aerated) concrete is a unique product with patented shaped teeth for easy, fast and exact cutting of porous blocks with the minimum effort in very short times.
The POROSAURUS® saw for porous (aerated) concrete was developed according to requirements of builders and construction companies for easy cutting of porous-concrete shaped units. It is mainly for cutting large blocks (peripheral walls) without unnecessary effort with emphasis on the cleanliness and perpendicular nature of the cut.

When designing the saw we used our 20-year experience gathered from developing and producing saw blades for wood machine frame saws.

POROSAURUS® saw is a compromise between cutting porous-concrete blocks with one-handed saws
and machine cutting and some methods of machine cutting can be replaced thanks to its advantages.

Unique patented shaped teeth
The POROSAURUS® saw has 48 patented double-teeth (96 cutting tips), compared with the max. 37 teeth for one-handed saws commonly available on the market. This optimum ratio of teeth and semi-teeth gaps cuts easily with high efficiency.
Cutting in
both directions
The shape of the teeth is designed so that the saw works in both directions, i.e. when cutting to and from. This significantly shortens the cutting time. When you work, the saw works also. Moreover, the patented semi-tooth gaps of the teeth remove cut material perfectly.
Easy and repeated sharpening
Every cutting tool becomes blunt after a certain period of use. The blade of the POROSAURUS® saw can be sharpened repeatedly, easily and quickly with any sharpener, including DIY. Repeated sharpening prolongs the service life of the saw many times over, which brings great savings.
Special German tool steel
The POROSAURUS® saw is made of top quality special tool steel (produced in Germany) with high resistance to wear. The saw blade is wholly-hardened so the hardness of the teeth is guaranteed even after repeated sharpening.
Easy handling by one of two people
For simplicity and exact perpendicular cutting the saw is primarily for two people. However, there is no problem for one person to use the saw. Even in this case, its undeniable advantages will be clear.
Fast and exact cuts without effort
The unique technical solution of the POROSAURUS® saw and also its weight makes it easy to cut concrete material. There is no need for strenuous vertical pressure, cutting is easier and faster. The result is a perfect cutting plane both perpendicular to the base and angled.
